Ashley & Carmen Roberts
Prayer and Praise Revival Ministries
Pastor Ted first visited Grenada in 2005 to help rebuild there after Hurricane Ivan devastated the tiny Island. He revisited the Island in 2006 for a church’s dedication of their new facility. During these times, God began to open up doors to take teams. Since 2008 Pastor Carol and Pastor Ted have taken a team each year from our own church family along with others in relationship with us, to help build the church in Frequente with Pastor Ashley Roberts. In 2009 it was established that our relationship with them would be ongoing. In May 2012 Pastors Ashley and Carmen Roberts were ordained with JJCM. In this apostolic work our involvement has included helping with the church construction, teaching, preaching, worship, children's ministry, street and TV evangelism.
Pastor Ted has been traveling to Haiti since 2000 with Global Christian Ministry Forum Canada, formerly Gospel Crusade of Canada. Over the past ten years he has helped in the organizing and taking of teams into this impoverished island nation. Work projects of all kinds from building of schools, churches, and homes have been the primary focus. GCMF Canada has built an orphanage on a beautiful piece of land near Croix des Bouquets called The Little Bouquet Children's Home. The orphanage currently houses 18 children, 5 adult workers and one dog. JJCM helps support this Children's Home.
